Longshaw Sheep Dog Trials

Date: Friday, 3rd September 2021

Location: Longshaw Pasture in front of Longshaw Lodge, S11 7TZ on the B6521 Sheffield to Grindleford Road

2nd & 3rd September - Open and brace classes – Advance entry only.

2nd September - at approximately 3.30 a parade of local hound packs both mounted and foot.

3rd September - at approximately 1.00 a parade of the Four Shires Bloodhound pack.

3rd September - Beginners class following the completion of the open class – entry on the field.

4th September - Local class (advance entry) 14 miles radius of the trial field. Approximately 12.30 - double gather championship.

4th September - 10.30am – Fell race – enter on the field

This is the 123rdyear of the Association.

Hot and cold food and drinks available on site.

Trophies on display including the silver tea pot awarded to the winner of the double gather championship.
